Step #4 – Proof it’s possible

(Client feedback)

My Approach

If you are anything like me, you probably went on your first diet when you were just a teen, maybe even still a kid. And it is quite likely that you are still on a diet most of the time. Right?

I get it. I went on my first diet when I was 12 and I struggled with my weight for most of my life.

But when I finally got to my goal weight after 20+ years of looking for the one diet that would finally work, I began to gain it back within just a few weeks. That’s when I began a different search….

(Reality is that 98-99% of people who lose weight on a weight loss plan gain it back and more within a year.)

I’m SO excited to be able to tell you I FOUND IT! I found the answer I didn’t even know was out there.

It’s a completely different way than the typical diet plans, but the results go WAY beyond a number on the scale.

Our life is our story. Our particular life story is what has created the person we are today which includes the eating habits we have.

As I better learned about who I am as an individual person, I learn what the triggers are that lead to my eating habits. I learned it’s not really about the food, my struggle with food has stemmed from challenges I had in my life. I learned to eat food made me temporarily feel better. Now my work is to find more tools that make me feel better.

One of the things I have learned about myself is that i absolutely LOVE coaching. It has become my mission, to spread this message to as many people as possible.

(The thing is diet culture teaches us that if we are not thin we are broken.)

You are not broken. You are not a will power weakling. There are answers to why you have struggled with food and body image. I would love to help you uncover your story so you can live your very best life no matter what you weigh. Just email me [email protected].

My Story

My name is Jen. I used to have a completely disordered relationship with food. I spent 25 years as a yo-yo dieter.  I let my lack of control of my weight define my self-worth.

I now look at weight and eating challenges differently. Rather than seeing them as a problem, I see them as symptoms.

They can be a doorway into deeper work that can transform your entire life if you choose. By choosing to look at the triggers that lead to me falling off my diet…I’ve been able to address the reasons I ate that weren’t related to stomach hunger. I had a lot of heart hunger and I’m so grateful that I’m So much more fulfilled now.

You can fill your heart hunger too…
